When I finished high school in 2020, I made a decision to join the Military Reserve so I might function full-time to assist support my household economically. Along the way, my moms and dads always advised me of the importance of a college degree. Truthfully, I dealt with the decision between choosing work over institution.

As an on the internet student, I stayed involved with university life through profession fairs and signing up with student organizations like the Society of Human Resource Monitoring. I wished to obtain the most out of my college experience and get in touch with people that shared my enthusiasm for HR.
Last November, I released to Kuwait, with a month left of fall term. Thanks to the assistance and framework of UofM International, I had the ability to finish strong, even making the Dean’s List. I’m taking four courses while offering on active duty, and I’m pleased to claim I’ll be graduating in May.
Having the ability to serve my nation, sustain my family, and gain my level implies the world to me. I feel ready to tackle whatever comes next.
